Read this first. PeptideKit is an information and self-tracking utility. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed clinician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (United States) or your local emergency number.
PeptideKit is a self-tracking app that lets you log peptide doses, weigh-ins, sleep, and other self-reported data. It includes calculators (e.g., reconstitution math), reference content drawn from publicly available scientific literature, optional vial-label scanning, and an optional AI assistant.
Peptides are biologically active compounds. They can interact with medications, conditions, and lifestyle factors in ways that are individual and unpredictable. Always confirm any protocol — dose, frequency, route, duration, and interactions — with your prescribing clinician.
Some peptides are sold in markets that label them "for research use only" and are not approved for human consumption. PeptideKit makes no representation about the legality, purity, sterility, or safety of any specific product. Sourcing peptides for human use from such markets carries serious legal and health risks. Speak with a licensed clinician before considering any such product.
The app's AI assistants (Kit and Coach) generate responses using large language models. These models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). Treat AI output as a starting point for your own research and clinician conversations — never as a definitive answer about your health.
The vial-scan feature uses computer vision to extract text from photos of labels. Extracted fields can be wrong. Always verify the brand, peptide name, dose, and expiration on the physical label and packaging before acting on any scanned data.
If you connect Apple Health, PeptideKit reads weight, HRV, and sleep data and may write weigh-ins back. Correlations PeptideKit shows between peptide doses and health metrics are descriptive only — they do not establish causation, and they are not a substitute for clinical interpretation of biomarkers.
If you experience signs of a serious adverse reaction — including but not limited to severe allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, severe headache, or any condition that feels life-threatening — stop the peptide immediately and seek emergency care. PeptideKit cannot detect, escalate, or respond to medical emergencies.
Adverse events related to FDA-approved medications can be reported to the FDA's MedWatch program at fda.gov/medwatch. PeptideKit is not a reporting system for adverse events.
You assume all risk for any decision you make based on information from PeptideKit, including any health outcome. By using PeptideKit, you acknowledge that you understand this disclaimer and the limits of what the app can do.
