These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and PeptideKit.pro ("PeptideKit", "we", "us") regarding your use of the PeptideKit iOS application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using PeptideKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under California law to use PeptideKit. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

PeptideKit offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("PeptideKit Plus" or "Pro") sold through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

The peptide stack data, weigh-ins, photos, chat messages, and other inputs you create remain yours. By using the Service, you grant PeptideKit a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Service, including by sending it to third-party model providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic) where required for the AI features. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train third-party models.
The Service, including its software, design, content, trademarks, and trade dress, is owned by PeptideKit.pro and its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
PeptideKit integrates with third-party services including Apple's App Store and HealthKit, RevenueCat (subscription management), Supabase (backend), Google Gemini (vision), and Anthropic Claude (chat). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DOSING CALCULATIONS, AI ANSWERS, OR SCANNED LABEL DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDEKIT.PRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptideKit.pro, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any health-related decision you make based on Service output.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may terminate by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscription through Apple. Sections 6–11, 13, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and PeptideKit.pro agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
